EVERLAND KILIMO | RETURN POLICY

We sell products which have undergone rigorous quality and usability assessments. However we do understand that manufacturer’s defects do occur and we never wish for our customers to suffer loss due to defects not originating from their handling. We will happily provide a refund using your original payment method or exchange a product provided you return the product to us untampered with, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt within 24 hours of purchase.

The defect has to be a manufacturer’s defect and not a fault from incorrect handling by the customer.
After feedback from the distributor/manufacturer Everland Kilimo will issue an option on replacement or credit note.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind or wrong specification/size purchased.

We do not give refunds on the following:

  • Used products
  • Special order products that we do not normally stock.
  • Product that has expired, if it is expired while in your possession

Updates or amendments to this Return Policy

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the return policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised return policy.
